Le Repère is a campsite created by two friends, Bat & Tanguy, built with the desire to have a home in nature for all friends both old and new. A place to surf, be outside with a bit of music, but most importantly a place where you can meet and share.This project began in 2022, but it has been a lifelong goal between these two friends. Indeed, Le Repère is the result of a dream shared between two childhood friends, and it has finally seen the light!

Immediately following High School, Tanguy left home for the other side of the world, pursuing his studies with Vatel, a Hospitality Management School. Living in California for over 8 years showed him a variety of experience with different establishments, ranging from 5-star hotels to local family owned restaurants.

His path inspired Bat in constructing a perfect way of life. So, after traveling to different parts of the world pursuing different artistic projects through his love of photography, Bat decided to come back to France and open his own Surfcamp “The Spot”. The Spot became more than a project, but a place that brings everyone together, as a family, revolving around surfing, chilling, and meeting new people.

Tanguy and Bat have stayed inseparable regardless of countries that separated them. Today, Tanguy is back in France and together they have started Le Repère in Naujac-Sur-Mer!

 

Le Repere is a project driven by each and every person of this big family (that is only getting bigger) and has become a project to show others that it is possible to live from what you love, and inspire as many others to do the same!
